All stainless steel and available in 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 litre sizes, these rolling stone grinders are perfect for milling liquor and couverture, down past 20 microns. All units use direct drive motor and gearbox combinations, without belts or chains. With manual tension controls preferred by professional chocolate makers and universal speed control included as standard.
