Our drum roasters are fabricated for us in China through our partnership with the manufacturer there. They are produced to our specifications, through a close collaboration, to ensure that they can be successfully used in a high production and professional environment. They are available as gas fired or all electric versions, in three sizes. All units come with temperature control and roast timers to ensure perfect roast parameters every time. Along with their associated cooling bins, these roasters are the most important part of the chocolate making process, enabling quick temperature adjustment, as well as fast cooling.
