Dehydrators are an indispensable part of our operation and we are pleased to be able to supply, the highest quality dehydrators for use in the cocoa and culinary industries.

Our current line all operate at 110 volt power, but we are also able to supply larger units running off 220 volt supply, or can custom manufacture units in virtually any size, voltage and drying capacity. Model ST-04 also incorporates UV sterilization function and operates at 220 volt only.

Our dehydrators can be supplied with flat and/or perforated silicone sheets for each shelf and we also supply fruit ‘leathers’ for making fruit ‘rollups’ or dehydrated fruit pulp.
