Apprentice
At cocoa Pod Products, spreading the cocoa gospel is one of our primary motivations. We encourage persons to become apprentices at our production facilities, for a variety of reasons. The program entails training in exchange for a little help with our production requirements. Apprentices are free to take up employment on their own, or with any other chocolate producer, but it is a good stepping stone to full employment at our facility. As the apprentice becomes more independent, a small stipend can be offered to those who contribute over and above expectations
