Our Premium chocolate bars are made with only the finest cocoa and organic* sugar. Our Artisan Dark Chocolate is available in several grades from different estates in Trinidad. Our standard grades are 55%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 85% and 100% cocoa mass minimum. Our stock chocolate grades are 55% and 65% and 100%. Grades 70%, 75% and 85% are available in smaller quantities from specialty beans.
